Dashboard Improperly Displays Module Status UNKNOWN #136

Describe the bug
Module boxes in the dashboard will improperly show green when the module has UNKNOWN status.
Expected behavior
Module box should display a color indicating there's a problem, visually distinct from other status indicators.
