Perso sim is a car reader simulator, think about the ausweis app, there is a step where it connects to the reader so person sim simulates that.

I have successfully installed it locally (Mac) in the past.

We want to test foreign (non German) IDs. For example, simulate an ID card from Poland.

This ticket is aimed to answer the question, can PersoSim simulates user given card info? Can we inject like test profiles?

With the goal to test our components and eu wide interoperability.

It is a research ticket, DOD: conclusions.
