We are working on a front end for a DAO onchain.

Need #505 to be merged and #516 to be fully finish for the indexer and the data-backend

Scope

dao_aa.cairo need to be understand to create the hook to interact with this smart_contract

• Add hook to create a DAO
• Create UI with mocked data for a DAO
• Create DAO card
• DAO Screen detail: dao contract address, and proposal list
• Hook to create_proposal
• Hook to cast_vote

I’m excited to apply for the opportunity to contribute to the frontend development of your on-chain DAO project. Here’s how I’d approach the tasks outlined in the scope:

o Ensure #505 is merged and #516 is fully completed for the indexer and data-backend.
o Familiarize myself with the dao_aa.cairo smart contract to create the necessary hooks for interaction.
o Develop a custom hook (e.g., useCreateDAO) to interact with the dao_aa.cairo smart contract.
o Handle transaction signing, gas estimation, and error handling for DAO creation.
o Build a responsive and user-friendly UI for DAO creation and management.
o Use mocked data to simulate DAO details, proposals, and voting functionality during development.
o Create a reusable DAOCard component to display key DAO information (e.g., name, description, proposal count).
o Ensure the card is visually appealing and functional across devices.
o Build a detailed DAO screen that displays:
 DAO contract address.
 List of proposals (with status, title, and voting results).
o Add navigation between the DAO list and detail screens.
o Implement a useCreateProposal hook to interact with the smart contract and submit new proposals.
o Include validation and user feedback for proposal creation.
o Develop a useCastVote hook to allow users to vote on proposals.
o Handle transaction signing, gas fees, and voting confirmation.
