This code generates a Linked Data representation of directory.gov.au.
The dataset that this code generates is an Web Ontology Language (OWL) ontology version of the machine-readable version of the directory.gov.au data dataset obtained from http://data.gov.au/dataset/directory-gov-au-export, specifically the XML data feed https://www.directory.gov.au/sites/default/files/export.xml.
The code outputs a static text file, in the turtle format of the Resource Description Framework (RDF), generated by parsing the XML using Python and the rdflib Python RDF manipulation toolkit.
