Update setup script to be distro-independant-ish

So my main machine usually runs arch, however there are times, where I have to ssh to temporary machines that run debian based distros. It would be nice if the setup script is able to run the correct install scripts depending on the distro.

It will support debian based and arch based distros for starters.
