Console Certification Issue Report

To account for Console certification issues; this Issue chain will be the home to report on inconsistencies on the button prompt style and looks that caused a rejection by your Console Manufacturers.

This one will be a far more involved process that requires developers reporting on failure. I won't be able to address everything, but please let me know and I'll try my best.
