Suggested Improvement - Hard Cap on Insurgent Profiles

Currently we can cap the number of OPFOR/BLUFOR profiles as well as civilian units, but we cannot cap the number of Insurgent profiles.

This can often lead to insurgent profile numbers spiralling exponentially destroying performance.
A hard cap would stop this and allow mission makers greater control over the mission

@NZF-JDWang I have to ask though... How did you manage insurgents recruit so many groups that they impact performance?

I used ALiVE for about 2 years and I never managed to get Asymmetric Commander recruit more than 1-2 groups! This is due to the limitation that the Asymmetric Commander's recruitment process. Asymmetric Commanders can recruit only 1 group every time they capture an appropriate objective and to recruit again they have to lose it and recapture it, which means that if you do not capture objectives and you constantly encounter Insurgent Forces, they will diminish without the ability to replenish their numbers. Which as I mention here: #725 makes the whole insurgency theme the opposite of what an insurgency should be!

I may be wrong or things may have changed since I used ALiVE's Asymmetric Commanders and that's why I ask!

I have always found that if players (or BLUFOR AI) are not patrolling regularly in an area then the insurgents continue to recruit at an exponential rate.
Not sure how you've managed to stop them

@NZF-JDWang according to one of the devs (DavisBrown723)! Asymmentric commanders do indeed recruit only once from each captured objective (that meet the criteria to recruit). And to be honest that's exactly what I witnessed. I remember that I tried to mess with the code (and .fsm file) to change that but I found out that this is way out of my league!

To be honest, if this was not a fact, I would still use ALiVE's Asymmetric Warfare since I really believe that it is one of the best things that ArmA 3 has to give! The experience is amazing but this limitation literally ruins the whole insurgency feeling!

Nevertheless I do hope that this was an issue from my end and it is not like this!
