Support for RDNA 4 FP8

As far as I know, RDNA 4 has a FP8 WMMA operations. I wonder if it would be supported in the future in Primus-Turbo.

Currently, this is not supported yet. We do plan to support it in the future. If you’re interested, we would be very happy to collaborate and build it together with you.
