Segfault when calling AmrData.FillVar with AMReX development

In the tip of the AMReX development branch, we get a segfault when we call AmrData.FillVar.

The segfault does not occur with AMReX commit 10422a13c.

This occurs in commit 24bd824 of AmrDeriveSpectrum.
