Microphysics JOSS paper author list

We are in the final stages of preparation for a Journal of Open Source Software paper on the AMReX-Astro Microphysics library. You can see the current paper here: #1658

A PDF is generated by the Draft PDF github action each time there is a change (look for the artifacts).

This issue's purpose is to open the author list to anyone who believes they've made a contribution to Microphysics. We will explicitly reach out to those who have >= 3 commits to the project or who have contributed in other ways (design, testing, etc.).

I think this is great!

For fields where this is not the convention (basically that aren't used to large collaboration papers), I like to see authors include a footnote stating their intent.

So I've issued PR #1823 with some updates that also adds a footnote explaining our decision to list the development team in alphabetical order in the author list.
