Menus (and tables?) should link to the current branch or release #49
Description
At the moment the DOCS, APIS and EXAMPLES menus link to docs, APIs, schemas and examples on the default tree. It would be good if these could link to the "current" tree. Possibly use Jekyll's page.url variable and use some Liquid code to find the correct relative URL?
