ramlfications 0.2.x has been released #845

ramlfications 0.2.x has just been released (over a few hours, 0.2.0, 0.2.1, 0.2.2) with lots of changes since the 0.1.9 release we are using.
Simon's fixed the breakage by pinning the version in requirements.txt (#844).
We should look at the new version at some point... (we are having to patch even 0.1.9 to work with our specs' RAML files...)
