[IS-05 / IS-04] Check version field in registry tallies with node API after PATCH

In the IS05-IS04 interaction test suite, Test 06 checks that the version field has updated in the Node API after an immediate activation, but doesn't also check that the registry has been updated.
It might not be possible/practical to add this as part of the IS05/04 test regime as it would also require the registry to be running, but it should be tested somewhere, to make sure that nodes respond to patch requests and maintain consistency in the registry.

Agree with you on both reason why this is important and also why it hasn't been implemented yet. Already tracked as #345 and #604... but the fact that it's been raised multiple times indicates it's important.
