Implement Loading Skeleton for Clip Cards

Description:
While clip data is being fetched from the API, clip card areas should show an animated skeleton loader instead of a blank or partially rendered layout.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Skeleton component lives at src/components/ui/skeleton.tsx
• Skeleton has a shimmer/pulse animation using react-native-reanimated
• Clip grid on My Clips screen shows skeleton cards while isLoading is true
• Skeletons match the approximate shape/size of real clip cards
• Animation is accessible (respects reduced-motion preference)
