Issue Description ✍️
**## 📌 Issue Summary
1.Current homepage is mostly blank, offering no guidance or context for users visiting the site for the first time.
2.Lacks an introductory section explaining what Agora Blockchain is and what problems it aims to solve.
3.Missing information about voting algorithms (e.g., Moore’s, Borda, IRV) and how they are integrated or planned for the platform.
4.No explanation of the project’s decentralized approach and the use of blockchain for secure, tamper-proof voting.
5.No call-to-action (CTA) to help users know what to do next—e.g., connect wallet, try a demo vote, or explore algorithms.
6.Absence of visuals or diagrams that could illustrate how the system works or the benefits of blockchain-based voting.
7.UI elements like “Create” and “Profile” are unclear without context—users don’t know what they can create or manage.
8.Adding a brief mission statement or tagline could help users immediately understand the value and purpose of the platform.

💡 Suggestions
1.Add a clear introduction section on the homepage explaining what Agora Blockchain is and its purpose.
2.Include brief descriptions of supported voting algorithms (e.g., Borda, IRV, Moore's) with links or tooltips for more info.
3.Display a short explanation of how blockchain enhances the security and transparency of voting.
4.Add a user-friendly call-to-action (e.g., “Connect Wallet to Vote”, “Try a Demo Election”) to guide new users.
5.Incorporate basic visuals or icons (like a voting box, lock for security, etc.) to make the UI more engaging.**
