Bug: "Create" and "Profile" should be visible only after the wallet is connected

📝 Description

Currently, the "Create" and "Profile" options are always visible in the navbar, even before the user connects their wallet. These features should only be accessible after a successful wallet connection.

🎯 Expected Behavior

• Initially, only the "Connect Wallet" button should be visible.
• After the user connects their wallet, the "Create" and "Profile" options should appear in the navbar.

@Ronnieraj37 I have made a pr for this issue for fixing this bug by using conditional rendering and defining a chekwalletstatus function.
