[FEATURE]: Add a floating "Scroll to Top" button for long list pages #136

Description

@GarvSaxena

Feature and its Use Cases

What is the feature?
A floating "Scroll to Top" button (e.g., an upward arrow icon) that appears in the bottom-right corner of the screen when a user scrolls down past a certain threshold (e.g., 300px). Clicking the button smoothly scrolls the window back to the very top of the page.

How would users benefit from it?
When exploring large organizations (like google or microsoft), the Repositories and Contributors list pages become extremely long. Currently, users have to manually scroll all the way back up to access the top navigation bar, change tabs, or tweak search filters. This feature would drastically improve the User Experience and navigation speed.

What scenarios would this feature address?

  • Deeply scrolling through the Repositories tab to find older or less active repositories.
  • Exploring the Contributors tab of an organization with hundreds of developers.

I would love to be assigned to this issue so I can build this and submit a Pull Request!
