BUG:Title bar moves when scrolling content

What happened?

Description:
While scrolling the content in the PictoPy desktop application, the window title bar also moves along with the content. This happens when scrolling both upward and downward.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Launch the PictoPy desktop application
2. Open any view that contains scrollable content
3. Scroll up or down
4. Observe that the title bar moves together with the content

Expected Behavior:
The title bar should remain fixed at the top of the window, while only the content area scrolls.

Actual Behavior:
The title bar scrolls along with the content, which affects usability and feels incorrect for a desktop application.

Environment:
OS: Windows 11
App: PictoPy (Desktop)
Build: Development / latest

Additional Context:
I have attached a screen recording that clearly demonstrates the issue.

Hi,

I’ve looked into the title bar scrolling issue and found that the Navbar is inside the scrollable container, which makes it move with the content. I can fix this by separating the Navbar from the scrollable area so it stays fixed at the top while only the content scrolls.

If you assign this issue to me, I’ll start working on it immediately and implement the fix.

Hi,
