DOC: Fix Typo in Documentation

What's wrong with the existing documentation

Description

Found minor spelling errors in backend/backend_python/directory-structure.md.

Details

The following typos were found:

• Line 5: heirarchy → hierarchy
• Line 24: accross → across
• Line 32: handeling → handling

I can submit a PR to correct these if approved.
