Describe the feature

Currently, on the settings page, we can keep only one folder at max to display images on the "Home" page. It would be better for the user to have a feature to add multiple folders like personal photos, screenshots, videos, screen recordings, etc.

Approach:

1. Modify the settings page to have a UI for adding multiple folders and doing the processing.
2. Modifying the Home Page's component to call the Rust backend to get the image paths for all the specified folders.
