Feat: Direct Add Folder from Home

Hi maintainers / @rahulharpal1603 ,

I noticed that currently adding a new folder requires navigating to Settings, which adds an extra step for users. I have worked on improving this flow by adding a direct Add Folder icon on the home screen, allowing users to create folders immediately without extra navigation.

I have attached two images to illustrate the change:

1. Before – shows the previous flow where users had to go to Settings

2. After – shows the new home screen with the Add Folder icon visible

Since the implementation is almost complete, I would love if this issue could be assigned to me so I can submit a PR. If there are any additional suggestions or changes required, I am happy to adjust.
