Not getting screen mirror in executables

### Steps to Reproduce

1. Build the executable
2. Run it
3. No permission is asked for

### Expected Behavior

Screen mirror should appear in electron executables

### Desktop Operating System

Windows 10

### Mobile Device (Client)

Samsung Galaxy A34
