[Feature] Logging system

Overview:
Implement a logging system that captures all console output, and stores this information in a file. This feature aims to enhance issue reporting and debugging capabilities by allowing users to access a comprehensive log file during troubleshooting sessions. Utilize a path proper universal path for eg. ~ or better for the log file.

Purpose and Benefits:

• Users will be able to provide a log file while reporting issues

• Will allow easier identification/recreation of specific states/conditions.

Should the log file be created automatically every time the app starts, or only when the user triggers it?

The log file should be created automatically every time the app starts.

Note: The logging system should rely on explicit logging calls or decorators around existing operations. The goal is to introduce logging with minimal changes to the current codebase.
