Enhancement: adding opensource best pratices from our template

as we are continuously upgrading our template repo but our SocialShareButton repo remains behind in adopting open source best practices such as adding Contributing.md, Security.md, .pre-commit-config.yaml, .coderabbit.yaml, improving README.md and many more things.

raise a PR by selecting any one of these practices and implementing it.

do not ask for assign just made pr as all content is already in template repo but important things is upgrading the file according to this repo.

anybody picking more than one practices may close their pr.
