Duplicate remote $ref not resolving correctly

Hi! I maintain @hey-api/openapi-ts, an OpenAPI to TypeScript codegen. This package is one of the dependencies we rely on. Lately, we've received a few bug reports that are related to resolving remote references pointing to the same definition, see hey-api/openapi-ts#1135.

Is this a known issue? Is there something wrong with the way we're calling the library? Any help would be appreciated!
