Description

We are currently not testing any of the phase processing code in the test suite since:

• We set pyglpk as the default solver
• pyglpk is not available for arm-based machines

Looked at the testing suite

Best Steps forward

• Support arm-based chips for pyglpk
• Follow up with a Py-ART PR to ensure pyglpk is in the actions environment
