Python scripts should be in the same directory.

To make it easier to access the scripts (using a path), move all scripts to the same directory.

The script documentation is now in documentation\utilities.md. The README.md in the utilities folder could directly refer this file.

The instructions for setup are unclear

As a user, I would like to be able to call this utilities in any directory. IMHO we should recommend to setup a path for the time being.
