Add message to USB client

Before the init function, there should be a print user message like this

"Connecting to 'sdsio-server usb' "

This would make it consistent with #93

Please, check Arm-Examples/SDS-Examples@b3cd44e where diagnostic messages were improved for all interfaces.
It also displays Connection to SDSIO-Server established via USB interface when USB connects to a server, if the connection fails it reports SDS I/O USB interface initialization failed or 'sdsio-server usb' unavailable! Ensure that SDSIO-Server is running, then restart the application! .
The case of adding in sdsio_client_usb.c is not clean as SDS-Framework by itself does not have output channel (STDOUT), in case of network an intermediate layer is used socket_startup.c which does the printf.
I think solution with diagnostics in sds_control.c should suffice.
