Update I2C Driver to BlockDevice Driver

Suggestion

Update the I2C driver to use https://github.com/armmbed/i2ceeprom-driver instead as this is maintained by the ARM mbed team and has support for BlockDevice which enables the File System driver.

Priority : Low

This is not necessary, but should be considered long term.
