autoRIFT assume 'glaciers' as the research application

The current autoRIFT parameter file:

aws s3 ls s3://its-live-data.jpl.nasa.gov/autorift_parameters/v001/autorift_parameters.shp

Assumes the area of interested in glaciers/land-ice and links to files with optimized search parameters for the research application.

Ideally, hyp3_autorift would take a parameter where you could specify the research application and select the right shape file (or right features out of the shape file) based on that.

Note: this will require action by JPL to generate appropriate input files and specify how to query based on research application

hyp3-autorift does accept a --parameter-file argument and the ITS_LIVE project provides a set of parameter files for use:

Notably, autorift_landice_0120m is for glacier applications and is used in production for ITS_LIVE currently. The rest of the parameter files (e.g., earth surface, solid earth) are for other applications and should be considered experimental, and they have not been tested extensively.

Eventually, this interface should be simplified so that you can specify your research application, and the suitable parameter file will be selected for you. Something like:

hyp3_autorift --reference [SCENE] --secondary [SCENE] --research-application glaciers

while retaining the ability to set the parameter file explicitly.
