Include a glossary

Previously, the RTC product guide had a glossary of terms, which isn't included in the current markdown version of the guide.

We could/should include a central (docs-site wide) glossary of terms each product guide (and the rest of the website) could leverage with:

https://squidfunk.github.io/mkdocs-material/reference/abbreviations/

which is supported by our current theme.
