SearchArchive should deduplicate against CMR UAT in hyp3-test #2868

Currently SearchArchive always searches CMR prod regardless of HyP3 deployment. We want it to search CMR UAT in the EDC UAT HyP3 deployment (hyp3-test).
SearchArchive calls asf_enumeration.aria_s1_gunw.get_product to check if the ARIA_S1_GUNW job exists in the archive. In asf-enumeration, get_product calls asf_search.search. I assume there's a way to tell asf_search to search CMR UAT.
