Wont start offline anymore?

Retries pip vender 4 times, then fails.

Any idea why? Is there a new argument I need to set?

webui should be able to work offline assuming that all the dependencies are downloaded
for instance when updating versions for obvious reasons it needs internet access to get the required files and libraries

obviously there's some operations in web viewer that requires internet access like loading list of extensions and checking for updates
but the core functionality itself after all assets is downloaded and installed should not require any internet access

extension however complicate things as they can do whatever they want
some extensions might require extra libraries or even override existing install libraries which would make it require online access

tried the argumet to turn off all extensions - made no difference. Tried --skip-install and it started fine.

I would presume this means its something from the base repo that is causing it then? Here is the error message.

I did a fresh install and downloaded all dependencies. Runs normally online. I guess it's possible it's an extension? I'll uninstall each and report back.

I don't know what you did so I'm only guessing

1. you did the clean install without extension and it's able to launch offline
2. then you install an extension and it no longer able to launch offline
3. you tried disabling extensions but it's still no longer able to launch offline

I'm guessing whatever extension you installed installs additional conflicting libraries with web UI
which means every time it tries to launch it will need to install a different version of library

when you lunch with excision disabled because the library currently installed is the one specified by the extension
and so webui you are trying to restore it to the original but it cannot because it doesn't have internet access

specifically this Library fastapi==0.94.0 fastapi version 0.94.0
this is the library that webui uses but some extensions can force install different versions thus causing a mismatch

--skip-install just make it so that it wouldn't try to install it correct libraries
but this also meant if you install a new extensions that requires new libraries or when trying to update webui it will not be able to work

my conclusion is that the issue is still by a extension if you can isolate which extension is the cause it would be great

Sorry I was not clear. I disabled all extensions - and it still would not launch offline.

Then I did --alip-install and it launched offline perfectly fine.

So my conclusion is that it is not cause by an extension. It is caused my something in the default program or a new default setting that is trying to download something each time it launches.

this is getting nowhere
upload sysinfo found in settings or use --dump-sysinfo if you can't get in to the interface
I want 4 files of different state of web UI
with and without extensions and within without internet

it is possible that you're dealing with extensions that makes permanent changes to webui
these changes can persist after the extension disabled or even removed
