You're not the only one who's having this issue. Currently having this issue on AMD with no correction in sight. Literally the same errors. Running an RX 6950xt, had roughly 3k images generated before this update.

I've tried installing fresh, I've tried downpatching to previous known working versions, I've tried adjusting arguments, I've tried removing any extensions or any other thing that was added post install. Nothing seems to fix it.

Hopefully there's a fix soon.

I later solved it by downloading basicsr manually from here install and copy the basicsr folder inside C:\Users\mysys\OneDrive\Documents\stable-diffusion\webui\repositories\CodeFormer
