I keep getting error codes 2 and at first 128? Help please

Hi guys so the first time I tried installing webui it got through the big 2.6gb download and started doing the other downloads and installs but in the end it gave me a error code 128. So I downloaded python again and made sure the path was ticked( I think it may not have been). So I tried again and this time it gave me an error code 2 while it was downloading the 2.6gb torch software.

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I've been trying to install it the whole day and feel helpless.
