Attempts to install and uninstall things on every startup

I have stable-diffusion-webui installed on my MacBook Pro M2 with 32GB RAM. It works really great, but whenever I start the app, the console shows me that there are attempts to search for a certain package, uninstall it and reinstall another version of the same package. I would understand that, if I had done an update, but I didn't.

The console shows these lines (please also see screenshot):

Any idea, why this hgappens?

Seems to be the sd-webui-reactor extension. There's an issue regarding this on their repo.
