I made a small fork on gradio 3.16

Since the WebUI migrated to Gradio 3.23, the stability has decreased and there were some minor issues to fix, so I made this fork to add an option for people who still want to use Gradio 3.16.

This fork incorporates a few post-fork commits and a few other changes, but overall it's pretty much the same as the pre-migration WebUI, so you should be able to easily use it and discard it when you don't need it.

Note that this fork is only a temporary option (maybe?), so it will not have frequent updates, and some extensions depend on Gradio, so you may have to use the old version. If you run into usage issues, you should still ask in the upstream project.
