Add ability to highlight lowest price for each identical good in the supplier's list

Description

As a user, I want to be able to highlight the good price pair in the supplier's panel to indicate which has the lowest cost, so that I could select which supplier to buy good from easily.

Tasks

• Find the good price pairs of identical goods in the suppliers' lists that has lowest cost
• Highlight those good price pairs in the supplier panel.
