Inconsistency of sign of Eq. 8.53 #4

Hi Prof. Särkkä and Dr. Solin,
I notice that the inconsistency of sign of Eq. 8.53 between the note and matlab code. I think the code should be modified.
I also ran the code and noticed that the outputs were similar before and after changing (probably the final term does not affect the convergence too much)
