The development environment on macOS arm64 fails to run.

This is a great project, and I’ve spent two days looking into it, but I’ve run into a few issues:
There’s no clear example showing how to configure the directory. I’ve checked some documentation, and it only mentions merging it into the main project.
RocksDB doesn’t run on my Mac, and ZMQ doesn’t work either.

Hi, unfortunately, this won't currently work on arm64:

• we only included x86 and x64 versions of ZMQ for Windows, and x64 for Linux
• the RocksDbNative NuGet package we use only includes x64 versions for Windows, Linux and macOS
