Accounting for proof size and verification cost in throughput calculations #1

As the issue title indicates, I am wondering how you account for the proof size and verification cost in your throughput calculations?

For reference, in my bitcoin rollups report I allocated 1,000,000 WU for the proof + verification script for each state update transaction. This was not based on any "real world" analysis but only a guesstimate based on what little information there was about validity proof verification in Script at the time.
