Add Audio Feature for Azkar Notifications

We received a user suggestion to enhance the Azkar feature by adding audio playback. This would allow users to listen to the Azkar when a notification appears, providing a more immersive experience.

Proposed Implementation Options:

1. Automatic Playback: The Azkar audio plays automatically when a notification pops up. However, this might cause audio conflicts if the user is currently watching a video or listening to other audio.
2. Button for Manual Playback: A button appears within the notification, allowing the user to choose when to play the Azkar audio.
3. Hover Playback: The Azkar audio starts playing when the user hovers over the notification, allowing for a non-intrusive, user-initiated experience.

Action Items (Checklist):

• Gather and organize audio files for all Azkar or a subset of them.
• Integrate audio playback functionality within notifications.
• Evaluate the impact of automatic playback on the user's experience, especially when other media is active.
• Design and implement a user interface element (button) for manual playback.
• Develop a hover detection mechanism that triggers audio playback when the user hovers over the notification.
• Test different audio playback options (automatic, button-activated, and hover) to ensure smooth functionality without conflicting with other media on the user's device.
