GPU usage support

Already mentioned in #5 

**Describe the solution you'd like**
- GPU block at the top with support for multiple GPUs (separated with `hr` in the same block?)
- GPU % column in the process list
- VRAM % column in the process list (makes more sense than GPU % for A.I. related tasks)
