Add run arguments to Metrics JSON #5

Description
Currently the Metrics JSON has only the results of the comaprison, but has no re-run capability or documentation.
Feature
Add all arguments passed to the DatasetComparison tool under the root key element args into the Metrcis JSON thus allowing re-runs even after longer time.
Optional: Figure out the data type for the args. Maybe omit the paths dues to them being stores in A and B already as described in #6
