CueJobMonitorTree - refresh issue

Describe the bug
When we manually change the priority of a job, the UI doesn't refresh directly. I think this bug also impact the progress bar of the job who can stay in progress even if the job is done.

If i comment the block related to current inside cuegui/cuegui/CueJobMonitorTree/_processUpdate, the refresh occurs.

To Reproduce
Change manually the priority of a job.

Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.
The job should refresh directly after an operation
