Open RV Build fails on Rocky linux 9.5

Build under Rocky 9.5 receiving same error as experienced here:

Qt 5.15.2 with WebEngineCore checked at install.

Build fails with the following error:

CMake Error at /usr/lib64/cmake/Qt5/Qt5Config.cmake:28 (find_package):
  Could not find a package configuration file provided by "Qt5WebEngineCore"
  with any of the following names:

    Qt5WebEngineCoreConfig.cmake
    qt5webenginecore-config.cmake

  Add the installation prefix of "Qt5WebEngineCore" to CMAKE_PREFIX_PATH or
  set "Qt5WebEngineCore_DIR" to a directory containing one of the above
  files.  If "Qt5WebEngineCore" provides a separate development package or
  SDK, be sure it has been installed.
Call Stack (most recent call first):
  cmake/dependencies/qt5.cmake:50 (FIND_PACKAGE)
  cmake/dependencies/CMakeLists.txt:48 (INCLUDE)

Got this to build using the following process:

• followed the steps upon this guide: https://github.com/AcademySoftwareFoundation/OpenRV/blob/main/docs/build_system/config_linux_rocky9.md
• up to and including the following step: Install Python dependencies (i.e. running the command rvsetup)
• ran command rvbootstrap as instructed at the end of output from rvsetup
• errored out asking for resources and translations in /home/your_home/Qt/
• copied resources and translations folders from /home/your_home/Qt/5.15.2/gcc_64/ into /home/your_home/Qt/
• ran command rvbootstrap
• ran command rvmk
• app working at _build/stage/app/bin/rv
