[Bug]: Plugin check box issue on Openrv 3

What happened?

Hello everyone,

I've built and used OpenRV 3 on Windows without issues, but we have a display problem on the display of the preferences -> Packages.
We can't toogle any checkbox of the list of installed packages. (cf screenshot)
I don't have this bug on version 2.

Also, toogling the little space between is not loading and activating the plugin, even if the "Remove package is no longer grey. So I can't activate the plugin anymore.

I followed the build specs from the documentation (python 3.11/Qt6).

I don't have any error in the output.
