Correct copyright notice, with explanation
Questions have arisen over the OpenFX copyright notice on more than one occasion (#110, #206). CONTRIBUTING.md now includes the correct copyright notice and explanation of why it is used. Signed-off-by: John-Paul Smith <[email protected]>
