Adding support and integration for ISPC compiler #63
Description
We currently don't directly support the ISPC compiler, and ISPC bindings are required if a downstream project requires the samplers to be used with ISPC code.
It would be great to provide support to as many platforms as possible. This might be a later goal, but tracking this here for when / if this is actioned.
