Cant change the location of the gitbash executable from settings

Environment

• Windows
• Rez version 3.2.1
• Rez python any

Expected behavior
Changing this property in config should work plugins.shell.gitbash.executable_fullpath = 'new/path/git/bash.exe'

Actual behavior
Its doesnt change! unless you set the bash namespace for the shell config, tho this will break most linux users
